Rotary Rack and Pinion Pneumatic actuators are used for on-off or modulating control of any ball, plug, or butterfly valve using compressed air, natural gas, or nitrogen actuator supply.

FEATURES


  • Supriya actuators are modular in design with same body and cover for double acting and single acting spring return types.
  • Springs can be added in the field to convert double acting to single acting spring return or for changes in supply pressure.
  • Failure direction can be easily reversed from Fail Close to Fail Open or vice versa by inverting the pistons.
  • Valve mounting dimensions comply to ISO 5211 standard.
  • Namur VDI/VDE 3845 mounting options available on all sizes. Provision to mount solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners and other controllers is available.
  • Actuators with CE-marking are conforming to Directive PED 2014/68/EU.
  • Actuators are suitable for SIL-3 environments, Ingress Protection IP67 and IP68.
