Supriya bevel gear boxes are compact type with built-in thrust base, side hand wheel type, mounted on single acting and double acting actuators. Bevel gear box will be coupled with spur reduction gear box for low effort operation for higher size actuators. For small stroke actuator auto engage and dis-engage mechanism is used; larger stroke actuator hardened-pin for engaging and disengaging the override.
Supriya jackscrew manual override, side hand wheel type, is compatible for double acting and single acting actuator. Jackscrew is designed to withstand the forces produced without damage to itself or the actuator. Jack screw override is mounted on top of actuator or sandwich mounted between valve and actuator.
