Quarter turn manual valve actuator
These are the valve actuators used in the operation of Ball, plug and butterfly valves.
They are self locking, high torque, compact design.
They can be provided with locking arrangement. They can be used for electric operation with suitable flanges.

It is a manual worm gear type actuator used to operate quarter turn valves like ball, plug, butterfly valves and dampers.

Series MA: Torque ranges available are 500 to 2000 Nm   
Series MB: Torque ranges available are 300 to 6000 Nm   
MBGT for high torque output bevel gear boxes are provided with additional spur gear boxes at input side to reduce the input effort. Torque ranges available are 5000 to 2,25,000 Nm

Bevel gear boxes suitable for mounting and operating rising spindle valves.
These are thrust taking, maximum thrust 1000 kN. They are suitable for electric operation also. Stem covers are optional. Position indicating feature, locking device type can be provided.

For large thrust and torque bevel gear boxes are provided with primary spur gear boxes to reduce the rim pull. Torque ranges available 300 to 10000 Nm.

GH
GH series of gear boxes are used for operation of  slurry valves. These gear boxes have provision of  inline sheet grinding feature. These are normally provided with thrust base. These gear boxes can also be used for the rising spindle valves.

For large torque outputs planetary combination spur gear units are manufactured to increase the gear ratio. Torque ranges available are 500 to 6000 Nm.
